Hi there, My daughter will be 6mths in a week,and i want to start adding some meat to the veges i make her,i just dont know what meat to cook,or how is the best way to cook it for her, And when frozen does it defrost ok? She has had beef and chicken in the jar foods and she liked it. Thankyou in advance for your replies :)
